See and touch the materials before you commit to a full order.

We know that ordering a container of custom furniture from overseas requires trust. Our sample programme is designed to remove that risk — you verify the material, the finish and our workmanship before production starts.

Three Ways to Sample

Sample Cost & Refund Terms

  • Material and finish samples are free. You only pay the international courier charge.
  • Paid samples are credited back. When the sample order converts into a bulk order above the agreed threshold, the sample fee is deducted from your invoice.
  • Sample shipping is at cost. We quote the courier charge separately and never mark it up.
  • Sample lead time is independent of mass production — sampling does not delay your main order once approved.

Frequently Asked

Do you charge for samples?

Material and finish samples are free — you cover the courier only. Finished doors, drawers and full units are chargeable, and the fee is credited back against your bulk order once it is placed.

How long do samples take?

Material samples ship in 3–5 working days. A finished door or drawer sample takes 7–10 working days depending on the finish. Full unit samples take 15–20 working days.

Can you match an existing colour I already have?

Yes. Send us a physical colour reference, a paint code (RAL, NCS, Pantone) or a sample of your current furniture, and we will match it. If you can only send a photo, we will match as closely as possible and send you a physical chip for final approval.
