Cookie Notice & Data Protection

This page explains how this website uses cookies, what information we collect when you contact us, and how we handle that information under applicable data protection rules — including the GDPR for European visitors and the PDPA regulations in Southeast Asia.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and function correctly. They do not contain viruses and cannot access other files on your device.

2. Cookies We Use

3. Language Preference Cookie

This website uses a cookie to remember which language version you are viewing (English, Thai, Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesia) so that you are not asked to select a language on every visit. This is an essential function.

4. Contact & Enquiry Data

When you submit an enquiry form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, project details and any drawings or files you send.

What we do with it:

  • Prepare and send you a quotation and technical response
  • Communicate with you about your enquiry, order, production and shipping
  • Keep a record of the transaction for accounting and warranty purposes
  • Send you relevant product or company updates only if you have asked us to

What we do not do:

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties
  • We do not share it with anyone outside the parties needed to fulfil your order (for example, a freight forwarder or a third-party inspection agency you have approved)
  • We do not use your drawings or designs for any purpose other than your project

5. How Your Data Is Protected

Enquiry data is stored on our website database and email system with access limited to the export team members who handle your file. We retain commercial records for as long as required for accounting, warranty and legal purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons
  • Withdraw consent to marketing communication at any time
  • Object to processing, or request restriction of processing

To exercise any of these rights, email mxoho@mxoho.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Managing Cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also let you browse in a private or incognito mode that deletes cookies when you close the window. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect how parts of this site work.

8. Third-Party Services

This site may embed third-party services such as WhatsApp click-to-chat, social media sharing buttons or video players. These services may set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing.

9. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version is always published on this page.
