What is your minimum order quantity?
We are flexible. We accept project-based orders such as one villa’s whole-house furniture, as well as wholesale and full-container orders. New partners can start with a small trial order to validate quality before scaling up.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 25–35 days after deposit and drawing confirmation, depending on order volume and finish complexity. We will confirm a firm schedule in your quotation.
How is the furniture packed for sea freight?
Export-grade packing with corner protection, moisture barrier film and reinforced cartons — engineered for tropical humidity and long sea transit. Flat-pack option available to maximise container utilisation.
What warranty do you provide?
Cabinet body 3 years. Hardware 5 years (free repair and replacement for non-human damage). Cabinet lights and electrical accessories are not covered.
