Yes. OEM/ODM is our core business: size, finish, hardware, internal layout, branding and packaging can all be customised. Send drawings — or even a hand sketch — to start.

Send us your project list or room dimensions via the quote form or WhatsApp. We return a layout proposal and quotation within one working day, then produce shop drawings for your confirmation before production.

Samples or a single unit: 7–12 days. Full container orders: 25–35 days after deposit and drawing approval, depending on finish and hardware availability.

EXW, FOB Qingdao, or CIF to Jakarta / Ho Chi Minh City / Bangkok / Port Klang. A loading plan and packing list are issued before shipment, and we assist with destination port clearance documents.

Flat-pack export packing: EPE foam + 5-layer corrugated cartons + plywood strapping for fragile panels. Every carton is labelled with room and cabinet number for easy installation.

50% deposit by T/T to confirm the order, and the remaining 50% before shipment. L/C at sight is available for orders above USD 50,000. All terms are stated in the proforma invoice before production.

Yes. Material and hardware sample sets are available; sample cost is deducted from your first container order. See our Sample Policy for details.

Full-eucalyptus plywood and full-eucalyptus solid wood hold screws best and resist moisture for humid kitchens and bathrooms; particle board and OSB are cost-effective for dry areas; oak and solid wood suit premium visible fronts. All boards meet ENF / HENF formaldehyde standards — we recommend based on your climate and usage.

Three-layer protection: moisture-resistant core formulation, fully sealed edge banding, and anti-mould treatment on concealed faces. Every order passes 100% pre-shipment inspection; inspection photos are sent before container loading.

DTC as standard; Blum and Hettich available on request. All soft-close hinges and runners carry a 5-year warranty against non-human damage.

Video diagnosis within 24 hours; replacement panels shipped with your next container or by courier for urgent cases. Installation guides and video support are provided for your local installers.

3 years — cabinet body · 5 years — hardware (free repair & replacement, non-human damage) · Excluded — cabinet lights & electrical accessories. Warranty applies from the installation date and covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
