Edge Banding Process
Board edges are the first point of moisture ingress. Every visible and concealed edge is run through a hot-melt edge bander, trimmed flush, then buffed.
Export Packing Standard
Each unit is flat-packed with export carton, corner protection, moisture barrier film and reinforced edges, ready for a 20ft or 40HQ container.

Official Warranty Terms
Cabinet carcass and doors are warranted for 3 years; hardware (hinges, runners, dampers) for 5 years against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers replacement parts; it does not cover wall or electrical works, or damage from misuse, flooding or unauthorised modification.
