Inside Our Factory

Real production capacity, real people, real quality control — the groundwork behind every order.

Buildings & Capacity

Our facility is purpose-built for panel furniture production, with separate cutting, finishing, assembly and packing halls. That separation matters: it prevents cross-contamination between wet finishing and dry assembly, which is what causes surface defects in cheaper plants.

Container loading docks sit directly at the packing hall, so finished cartons move from production line to container with minimal handling — fewer knocks, less damage.

Cutting & CNC Machining

Panels are cut on precision beam saws and then processed on CNC machining centres, so every hole, groove and panel cut-out for sinks, hobs and sockets matches the drawing to within ±0.2 mm.

We do not drill by hand on load-bearing joints. This is the difference between furniture that assembles cleanly on site and furniture that arrives with misaligned holes.

Assembly, Finishing & Showroom

Every order is dry-assembled before packing. If a door is out of square, a drawer misaligns, or a hinge needs adjustment, we find it here — not after a container has crossed an ocean.

Our showroom keeps running displays of kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom vanities and living room units so clients visiting China can see, open and feel the actual product before committing to a large order.

Quality Control

Quality is a process, not an inspection at the end. Our QC covers four checkpoints on every order:

StageWhat is checked
Incoming materialsBoard grade, thickness tolerance, colour batch consistency, hardware authenticity
In-processPanel dimensions, edge banding adhesion, drilling positions, surface defects
Pre-assembly trialFit of doors and drawers, gap consistency, hardware function, soft-close operation
Pre-shipmentFull assembly test, quantity count, carton labelling, packing protection, loading plan

You receive a photo and video QC report before shipment as standard. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV or your own agent) is welcome at any stage — we have nothing to hide.

International quality certification documents

Certifications & Compliance

Our panels, hardware and processes are covered by the international standards your market requires. Test reports and certificates can be provided per order for customs clearance and client submission.

  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • ISO 14001 Environmental Management
  • CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI (USA)
  • E0 / E1 low-emission board certification
  • FSC Chain of Custody options
  • CE compliant LED lighting & electrical components

Certificate copies are available on request — original documents can be shared once an enquiry is confirmed.

People Behind the Product

Our export team includes English-speaking project coordinators who handle your drawings, quotations and production updates directly — you are not routed through a call centre or a third-party agent.

For each confirmed order, one coordinator owns your file end to end: from drawing confirmation through production, QC, packing, container loading and after-sales.

Packing & Loading

Export packing of flat-pack furniture panels

Export-Grade Packing

Furniture travels thousands of kilometres before it reaches your warehouse. Our packing standard is built for that journey:

  • Flat-pack KD cartons for efficient container utilisation
  • 5-layer corrugated cartons with moisture barrier lining
  • PE foam, EPE corner protectors and edge boards on all panel edges
  • Metal strapping and shrink wrap on pallets
  • Carton numbering, room labelling and packing list per unit
  • Assembly drawings, hardware packs and spare fittings included

Container Loading

Loading is planned in advance using a container loading plan — you know how many units fit before the truck arrives. We photograph the loaded container and send you the loading report with your shipping documents.

Fully assembled packing is also available for projects where on-site assembly labour is limited.
