Common Questions Before You Send a Brief
What if I do not have professional drawings?
Most of our dealer enquiries start as hand sketches, a room photo or a list of cabinet sizes. Send whatever you have — our engineers will turn it into a production drawing and send it back for approval before any tooling starts.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is driven by board type (full-eucalyptus plywood, oak, particle board, OSB or solid wood), finish (melamine, PET, lacquer), hardware brand, cabinet size and total volume. Send sizes and we will return a per-unit price plus a container load plan.
Can one container mix several product types?
Yes. Mixed loading of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV sideboards and hardware in a single 20ft or 40ft container is normal for dealers building a showroom assortment. We optimise the loading plan to minimise unused volume.
What is the typical lead time?
Sample or single unit: 7–12 days after drawing approval.
Full container order: 25–35 days after deposit, depending on finish and hardware availability.
Which payment methods do you accept?
50% deposit by T/T to confirm the order, and the remaining 50% before shipment. L/C at sight is available for orders above USD 50,000. All terms are stated in the proforma invoice before production begins.
