  • Photographs and renders are indicative. Colour appearance varies by screen, lighting and finishing batch. Physical samples, not screen images, are the reference standard for any order.
  • Dimensions, capacities and lead times shown are typical figures. Binding values are those stated in your written quotation or sales contract.

4. Quotations and Orders

Information on this website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract between you and MXOHO comes into effect only when we issue a written quotation and you confirm acceptance in writing, together with any deposit required by that quotation.

Lead times run from the date of drawing approval and receipt of deposit, not from the date of enquiry.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MXOHO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the information contained in it. Our liability in relation to any product supply is limited to the terms set out in the applicable sales contract.

7. Governing Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Where a separate written sales contract exists, the terms of that contract prevail over these website terms in the event of any conflict.
